We ship to all markets within the EU. Your parcels will be handled through the carrier service Post NL and requires your signature upon receipt. Please note that Post NL does utilize local partners in some markets outside the Netherlands.
Shipping within Europe varies from € 15,00 to € 44,00. Please note that shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

The delivery time is based on the production time needed in our atelier. Because all our products are handmade in limited runs, we don’t always hold stock of every item. Most pieces are made to order especially for you .The production time will be stated in the shop next to your selected product. The delivery time will be within two to four working days after production time.

All jewelry is handmade in the atelier of LIESCH in Amsterdam. While LIESCH strives for quality, small imperfections; irregularities are part of the signature of LIESCH. Since it’s handmade those little flaws give the product uniqueness and vivacity.
If the order is placed and confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
Of course we hope you love our jewelry but if you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase (or certain products within an order) you can return the jewelry in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receiving the order. Please follow return instructions carefully.
Please mail LIESCH first for return authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify your return along with your order/invoice number. You will receive a return form.
Complete the form and follow the instructions in our mail. Please make sure to fully pay for the return costs.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details. We will reimburse the consumer for the returned article(s) within 14 days after receiving it. If payment is completed by credit card, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note that all returned items have to be sent back in one package with the return form enclosed. We advise you to sent back the package with registered mail. The customer is responsible for loss or any damage during that shipping .If the goods are lost, used, worn, damaged or incomplete then LIESCH is not obliged to refund them or /and take back the item.

Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. If they are unable to help you, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If something breaks or is wrong in a way that it’s not wearable anymore please let LIESCH know immediately. There is a 30 days warranty on your product. (from the day the customer received the product) Please read article 8 of the Terms and Conditions.
Liesch will repair or replace your item if you’ve informed us within this term. Follow the return instructions mentioned above.
After 30 days of purchase we are happy to repair your jewelry if possible for a service charge. We are not responsible for shipping and customs charges on repairs.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating what’s wrong, include a photo of the damaged item. Also include the LIESCH invoice. We will answer your mail in 3 business days.
Wait for further instructions given by mail, do not return the item until we’ve approved your replacement or repair by mail.
